I loved the box and the necklace but the paper inside the box with the message was bent at the top and caused the black paper to have white creases in it and this made it look cheap…otherwise it was great.

I haven't been able to actually give this item yet (because this was bought for Xmas), but I was initially disappointed in seeing the card the message was written on came with two rips in it. I'm not able to conceal them either. The necklace itself seems to be unharmed though.
